The C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC), as it is presently known, began as the Undergraduate Leadership Conference implemented by Kappa Alpha Psi’s 16th Grand Polemarch, C. Rodger Wilson. The first Undergraduate Leadership Conference was held on August 24, 1961, as part of the Golden Anniversary Grand Chapter Meeting in Indianapolis, IN. In attendance were 56 Undergraduates from 51 different chapters.
Under the Theme, “Cultivating Leaders, Strengthening Chapters, Sustaining the Legacy”, we continue the spirit of excellence, as we are Training for Leadership, during the Fall 2026 CRWLC.

MTA will take place starting Wednesday, November 11th – Thursday, November 12th.
The 2026 C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference will take place Friday, November 13th – Saturday, November 14th on the campus of The University of Central Oklahoma.
Undergraduate early bird rate: $50
Alumni early bird rate: $100.00
Early bird rates closes on October 19th.
After October 19th
Undergraduate regular rate: $75
Alumni regular rate: $125
2026 Spring & Summer MTA Initiates — your registration was already covered in your MTA fees! Simply register under the “2026 CRWLC Spring/Summer Initiate – Free” option.
Additionally, the Province is launching a joint early registration campaign so Brothers can lock in their spot for the 2027 Province Council at the same time as CRWLC. Province Council will be a combined event, held in Kansas City, Missouri on April 1st – 3rd. In partnership with the Central Region of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
Joint Registration Rates:
Early Bird for joint registration for CRWLC and Province Council 2027 (closes November 10)
Undergraduate: $300
Senior Kappas: $375
Alumni: $425
Regular pricing for Province Council will be announced at a later date.
The Host hotel will be at Home 2 Suites by Hilton. Room rate is $119.00 a night.
