The C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC), as it is presently known, began as the Undergraduate Leadership Conference implemented by Kappa Alpha Psi’s 16th Grand Polemarch, C. Rodger Wilson. The first Undergraduate Leadership Conference was held on August 24, 1961, as part of the Golden Anniversary Grand Chapter Meeting in Indianapolis, IN. In attendance were 56 Undergraduates from 51 different chapters.

Under the Theme, “Empowered to Lead, Inspired to Achieve”, we continue the spirit of excellence, as we are Training for Leadership, during the Fall 2025 CRWLC.

The 2025 C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference will take place Friday, November 7th – Saturday, November 8^th on the campus of St. Louis University at the Chaifetz School of Business located at 3674 Lindell Blvd. St. Louis MO.
