Established by the Middle Western Province Board of Directors on February 1, 2002, the "Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award" is named for our Province Keeper of Records & Exchequer and is available to members of the Middle Western Province for meritorious achievement and service to the fraternity. The award consists of a medallion bearing the image of Brother Morgan and a certificate of merit. Not more than five such awards may be conferred per year at a Province Council. Among the very strict eligibility requirements are that a nominee must have been a member of the fraternity for at least 25 years, and that his achievement must be fraternity-related. The specific achievement of the nominee must be in accordance with at least one of the following parameters:

![]() | Brother Charles Wesley Morgan, III of the Wichita Alumni Chapter was selected as the FIRST recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 80th Middle Western Province Council on April 20, 2002. Brother Morgan was initiated at the Fisk University Chapter, the Alpha Delta of Kappa Alpha Psi, on November 29, 1969. He has been active with the Middle Western Province since he returned to our province in September 1975. Brother Morgan has attended every C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference since 1977 and has attended all but two of the meetings of the Province Board of Directors since 1983, including every such meeting as a voting member. He was elected to three terms as Chapter Polemarch, six terms as Chapter Keeper of Records, and nine terms as Chapter Keeper of Exchequer of the Oklahoma City Alumni Chapter. He has served the Province as its Keeper of Records & Exchequer since 1992, and the Province Audit Committee confirms that his records have never been in error. Brother Morgan had received the Art S. Williams Province Polemarch's Outstanding Service twice (65th and 71st Councils) when he was selected as the first recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award named in his honor. At the ceremony conferring the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award during the 80th Council, he also received his third Art S. Williams Province Polemarch's Outstanding Service Award, as well as the Percy H. Lee Most Outstanding Brother of the Year Award. |
![]() | Brother Ivory Johnson, Jr. of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter was selected as the SECOND recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 80th Middle Western Province Council on April 20, 2002. Brother Johnson was initiated at the St. Louis University-Harris Teachers College Chapter, the Beta Nu of Kappa Alpha Psi, on May 5, 1959. He has served the fraternity in numerous offices and at each administrative level including local Chapter Polemarch, Senior Province Vice Polemarch, Province Polemarch, and as a member of the Grand Board of Directors. He has been described by a former Province Polemarch as "a proven leader who is always open to input and suggestions from Brothers at all levels." He responds to the needs of all Brothers and practices an open door policy in communicating. He makes a concerted effort to insure that concerns and wishes of the general membership are considered in any major leadership decision. From the time of his initiation, he has demonstrated a desire and an ability to stand at the forefront as a leader in Kappa Alpha Psi. Brother Johnson is a recipient of the fraternity's second highest honor, the Elder Watson Diggs Award. |
![]() | Brother Robert I. Mayes, Sr. of the Tulsa Alumni Chapter was selected as the THIRD recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 80th Middle Western Province Council on April 20, 2002. Brother Mayes was initiated at the University of Maryland - Eastern Shore Chapter, the Gamma Xi of Kappa Alpha Psi on December 8, 1953. He has served in numerous capacities in the Tulsa Alumni Chapter including Chapter Polemarch, Historian, Director of Reclamation and Parliamentarian. At the province level, Brother Mayes has been a perennial supporter of Middle Western Province programs and projects, and he is singularly responsible for the province's successful ongoing fundraising project, the recognition of 25 Year Members through the sale of lapel pins that Brother Mayes designed. |
![]() | Brother Tommie H. Williams, Sr. of the Wichita Alumni Chapter was selected as the FOURTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 80th Middle Western Province Council on April 20, 2002. Brother Williams was initiated at the Wiley College Chapter, the Alpha Chi of Kappa Alpha Psi, on May 17, 1952. He has served the Wichita Alumni Chapter as its Keeper of Exchequer for many years, and has been recognized by the administration of the province as the most outstanding Chapter Keeper of Exchequer in the Middle Western Province. He is greatly known for the hospitality that he provides to all Brothers at the Province Council and Grand Chapter Meetings. He was awarded the Middle Western Province's Percy H. Lee Most Outstanding Alumni Brother of the Year Award in 1997. |
![]() | Brother William Henry Coker, II of the Denver Alumni Chapter was selected as the FIFTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 81st Middle Western Province Council on March 29, 2003. Brother Coker was initiated at the University of Kansas Chapter, the Mu of Kappa Alpha Psi, on October 12, 1935. He has served the Denver Alumni Chapter as its Historian for many years, as well as Historian of the Middle Western Province. He was awarded the Middle Western Province's N. Webster Moore History Award in 2002. He has been a stalwart member of Kappa Alpha Psi, the Middle Western Province, and the Denver Alumni Chapter for more years than most of us have lived. His dedication to the fraternity has had a legacy impact on his son, Brother William Henry Coker, III, who is also a great Kappa man in his own right. |
![]() | Brother Elmer Joseph Crumbley of the Omaha Alumni Chapter was selected as the SIXTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 81st Middle Western Province Council on March 29, 2003. Brother Crumbley was initiated through the Omaha Alumni Chapter on December 11, 1976. He has served as that chapter's Polemarch, Keeper of Records & Exchequer, Board Member, and Membership Intake Chairman, to name a few. Brother Crumbley has served the province as Achievement Awards Chairman, Balloting Committee Chairman - 1998, Undergraduate Loan Fund Committee Co-Chairman, Chapter Advisor - Alpha Eta, as well as other committee assignments within our province. He has been a member of the Province Board of Directors for more than a decade, and serves as Undergraduate Advisors Committee Chairman. He has served on the Grand Chapter Achievement Commission and is currently on the Chapter Advisors Committee at the Grand Chapter level. His devotion to Kappa Alpha Psi is renown and it has infected his son, Brother Jason Alan Crumbley, who is following in his father's footsteps. |
![]() | Brother Mitchell Paul James of the Denver Alumni Chapter was selected as the SEVENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 81st Middle Western Province Council on March 29, 2003. Brother James was initiated through the Alabama State University Chapter, the Beta Zeta of Kappa Alpha Psi, on April 5, 1947. He has been the Elder Statesman and the "conscience" of the Province Board of Directors for many years, having served on the Board since 1977. His service to the province has included, among other things, Chairman of the Senior Kappa Affairs Committee, and Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee for more than a dozen years. He is a Board Member Emeritus of the Denver Alumni Chapter where his dedication to the chapter is renown. [Brother James joined the Chapter Invisible on April 3, 2005.] |
![]() | Brother Robert Lou Brown of the Langston Alumni Chapter was selected as the EIGHTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 82nd Middle Western Province Council on April 16, 2004. Brother Brown was initiated at Tuscaloosa Alumni in November 1973. He holds Life Membership #83-4647. He has been a member of the Huntsville (AL) Alumni, Oklahoma City (OK) Alumni and is currently a member of Langston (OK) Alumni. Brother Brown serves as Chapter Advisor for Alpha Pi and has been Keeper of Records of Langston Alumni over five years. Brother Brown holds a Master's Degree in Corrective Physical Education from the University of Alabama. He has been an Assistant Professor at Langston University since 1985. Previous teaching and coaching positions were held at Concordia College in Selma, Alabama, and the Alabama Department of Health. Brother Brown serves the community as the Secretary/Treasurer for Quayle United Methodist Church Men's Organization. Brother Brown and his wife, Lee, established the Cybil R. Brown Trike-A Thon and Safety Awareness Program. This joint fund raising effort with Alpha Kappa Alpha and Langston Alumni Chapter provides contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. |
![]() | Brother David Leon DeVille of the Tulsa Alumni Chapter was selected as the NINTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 82nd Middle Western Province Council on April 16, 2004. Brother DeVille is an educator of long standing in Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree from Langston University in 1968 and a Master's of Education from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma . He was appointed Principal of the Franklin Youth Academy in Tulsa in 1998. Brother DeVille was initiated at Alpha Pi Chapter at Langston, is a Life Member of the fraternity and wears the Middle Western Province 25 year pin. He has served in a variety of offices including Polemarch, Vice Polemarch and a member of the Board of Directors at Tulsa Alumni. Brother DeVille has attended 25 Province Councils, 20 as a delegate, beginning in 1967. He has also attended 15 Grand Chapter Meetings starting in 1967. Chapter achievements include "Kappa of the Year" in 1980 and the first two term Polemarch in Tulsa Alumni. Brother DeVille is active at St. Augustine Catholic Church where he is Chairman of the Parish Council. He has been voted "Outstanding Administrator of the Year" for the Tulsa Area Alliance of Black School Educators, and was appointed to serve on the Statewide Alternative Education Advisory Committee. |
![]() | Brother Robert LaVern Gray of the Tulsa Alumni Chapter was selected as the TENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 82nd Middle Western Province Council on April 16, 2004. At that same Province Council, Brother Gray received the "Percy H. Lee Most Outstanding Brother of the Year" award. Brother Gray was initiated at the Beta Psi Chapter, Kansas State University in March 1971. He was also a charter member of the Zeta Rho Chapter at Northeastern State University. He has held numerous offices in both the undergraduate and alumni chapters including Polemarch, Keeper of Exchequer, and Board Member. He has also served in a variety of committee chairmanships including Guide Right and Chapter Advisor to Zeta Theta at Oklahoma State University. Brother Gray proudly wears the 25 Year pin of the Middle Western province. He has attended twelve Province Councils and all but 3 CRWLC meetings since 1988. Brother Gray has numerous chapter achievements including the implementation of a middle school mentor program, start up of the Tulsa Ebony Awareness Bowl, sponsorship of a middle school basketball team and founder of the chapter's Lifetime Achievement Award for Brothers with 40 or more years of service. He has received the Tulsa Alumni's highest award four times. Brother Gray is active in the community as coach of boy's soccer, girl's middle school basketball, and the Antioch Baptist Church boy's basketball team. He has been the Men's Brotherhood Secretary at Antioch for the last 10 years. |
![]() | Brother Earl C. Hill, Jr. of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter was selected as the ELEVENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 82nd Middle Western Province Council on April 16, 2004. Brother Hill was initiated at Alpha Mu Chapter, Lincoln University, Missouri in December 1950. Over the years, Bother Hill has a distinguished record of service to the Fraternity including Polemarch of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter from 1976 to 1982, the longest term in the history of the Chapter. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Middle Western Province 1976-1982 and was the Middle Western Province auditor and member of the Grand Chapter Reclamation Committee. During his term of office in St. Louis, the Kappa League Scholarship was brought to national prominence. As Chairman, Brother Hill has led the effort to raise thousands of dollars for the Kappa League Scholarship Fund. A notable event is the "Jazz On Sunday Afternoon" project which has become a St. Louis tradition. Brother Hill organized the Adopt Cole Elementary School program serving as chairman for 4 years. Other community service includes Treasurer of the Lincoln University Alumni Association at the city and state levels. Church affiliations include Scruggs Memorial CME where he is treasurer. He is also treasurer of the Joseph H. Henderson Scholarship Fund of the St. Louis CME Church. Brother Hill holds a BS in Biology from Lincoln, University in Jefferson City, Missouri. He worked for the Defense Mapping Agency where he held middle management supervisory positions. Brother Hill holds numerous awards including the Middle Western Province Achievement Award, the St. Louis Alumni J. Jerome Peters Professionalism Award, Art S. Williams Province Polemarch's Award and the St. Louis Alumni Chapter Polemarch's Award. In addition he holds 6 individual awards from Lincoln University including the Alumni distinguished service Award and the Alumni of the Year Award. |
![]() | Brother James L. Williams, Jr. of the Omaha Alumni Chapter was selected as the TWELFTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 83rd Middle Western Province Council on March 19, 2005. Brother Williams was initiated at Gamma Epsilon Chapter, Tuskegee Institute in Tuskegee, Alabama on May 6, 1955. Brother Williams graduated with a B.S. Degree from the Tuskegee Institute in Physical Education with a minor in Biological Science in 1957. After graduation from college, he was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force through the ROTC program. While in the Air Force, Brother Williams had a very distinguished career and held several command positions until his retirement in 1982 as a colonel, (0-6). Brother Williams has had a very active and celebrated life within Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He has served as Keeper of Records with the Jacksonville (FL) and Topeka (KS) Alumni Chapters. Life Member Williams (#87-4270) has been a long time member of the Omaha Alumni Chapter. He has served as Chapter Polemarch, Keeper of Exchequer, and is currently the Keeper of Records of the Omaha Alumni Chapter. Brother Williams is affectionately called the "Ceedy" Morgan of the Omaha Alumni Chapter because of his long continued service to the chapter as its Keeper of Records. Brother James L. Williams, Jr. is the recipient of the Omaha Alumni Chapter's Lifetime Achievement Award. Brother Williams is married to the former Lucinda Banks. James and Lucinda have three children and seven grandchildren. |
![]() | Brother Charles E. Crawford, Jr. of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter was selected as the THIRTEENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 84th Middle Western Province Council on April 7, 2006. Brother Crawford is a 50 year member of Kappa Alpha Psi who was initiated into our fraternity through the Beta Nu Chapter on November 20, 1954. He became a Life Member of the fraternity in 1978 (#78-2713) and is a member of the St. Louis (MO) Alumni Chapter having served the chapter in several capacities including Chapter Polemarch. Brother Crawford's most notable service to the Middle Western Province began in 1983 when he was appointed Province Keeper of Records & Exchequer to fill the unexpired term of Brother Herbert C. King who had joined the Chapter Invisible while serving in that office. Thereafter, and for a period of nine years, Brother Crawford's performance of his duties was impeccable including service to the Middle Western Province as Chairman of the Province Bylaws Committee. As evidence of the province's enduring faith and confidence in Brother Crawford as our Province Keeper of Records and Exchequer, he was never contested for that elective office in any year during his nine years in office. He is one of the finest examples of dedication and commitment to our province and is most deserving of our Lifetime Achievement Award. |
![]() | Brother Reuben Anderson Shelton, III of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter was selected as the FOURTEENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 84th Middle Western Province Council on April 7, 2006. Brother Shelton was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi through the Mu Chapter on November 23, 1974. He became a Life Member in 1986 (#86-6360) and is a member of the St. Louis (MO) Alumni Chapter, currently serving as the Chapter Vice Polemarch. Brother Shelton also became a Life Member of the Middle Western Province in 2003 (#17). Brother Shelton is a Past Province Polemarch of the Middle Western Province, but his most notable service to the province has been as Province General Counsel for 18 years without any compensation. As our General Counsel, he has assured that our province has had the very best legal representation and advice under sometimes difficult circumstances. Brother Shelton has also exhibited meritorious participation in the promotion of several programs within our province including the establishment of the Middle Western Province Guide Right Foundation, establishment and supervision of the State of Missouri Kappa License Tag project, establishment of the province's Emergency Reserve Fund, our Undergraduate Chapter Loan Fund, and more. He has performed a plus job of administering the duties of General Counsel with judgment, initiative and resourcefulness, objectively measured in terms of actual results over a period of eighteen successive years. By every measure, Brother Shelton is very deserving of being selected as a recipient of our province's highest award. |
![]() | Brother Columbus "Chris" Veasey, Jr. of the Denver Alumni Chapter was selected as the FIFTEENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 84th Middle Western Province Council on April 7, 2006. Brother Veasey was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi through the Denver Alumni Chapter on May 31, 1973. He became a Life Member in 1977 (#77-2346) and is a member of the Denver (CO) Alumni Chapter, having served the chapter as Keeper of Exchequer and Planning Committee Chairman for the 74th Middle Western Province Council. Brother Veasey's most notable contribution to the Middle Western Province has been as our Province Audit Committee Chairman, a position he has held without compensation for twenty-one years, since 1985. Among Brother Veasey's strengths is his tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive issues. During his tenure he has had to oversee audits for Middle Western Province during times of turmoil. At that time he maintained a high level of professionalism, showing impartiality and integrity to the circumstances of the audit. He maintained strict confidentiality, and his love for Kappa Alpha Psi and the Middle Western Province was foremost. The audit process was meticulous with every penny reconciled and every question answered to his satisfaction. Because of his tenacity, the Middle Western Province's financial status is now respected, despite some of difficulties it has gone through. Brother Veasey has not only met the stringent requirements for receiving the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award, he has surpassed them. |
![]() | Brother Clayton McCauley Evans of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter was selected as the SIXTEENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 85th Middle Western Province Council on April 13, 2007. Brother Evans was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi through the Elizabeth City State University Chapter, the Epsilon Alpha of Kappa Alpha Psi, on January 18, 1976. He became a Life Member of the fraternity in 1985 (#85-5575) and is a member of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter. Brother Evans also became a Life Member of the Middle Western Province in 2007 (#61). Brother Evans holds the distinction of exemplary service in two provinces, the Eastern Province and the Middle Western Province. His most notable service to the Middle Western Province has been as a member of the Province Board of Directors and he chairs the Province Council Planning Committee, a responsibility that he has held through the administrations of two Province Polemarchs. Brother Evans has also served on the Grand Chapter Planning Committee. His dedication to the fraternity and his attention to detail have earned him the respect of the Middle Western Province. One of the greatest testaments to his achievement is the fact that our Province Councils have gotten better with each passing year, thanks to the hard work that he has done in the background to make everything appear easy and seamless, all of which would not have happened without his singular effort at the forefront. |
![]() | Brother William Francis Gaffney of the Langston Alumni Chapter was selected as the SEVENTEENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 85th Middle Western Province Council on April 13, 2007. Brother Gaffney was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi through the Langston University Chapter, the Alpha Pi of Kappa Alpha Psi, on October 21, 1973. He became a Life Member in 2006 (#06-14455) and is a member of the Langston Alumni Chapter, having served the Chapter as a member of the Board of Directors for two years and as Keeper of Exchequer for seven years. Brother Gaffney also became a Life Member of the Middle Western Province in 2006 (#50). Brother Gaffney's most notable service to the Middle Western Province has been as an Alpha Pi Chapter Advisor for seven years in conjunction with Brother Robert "Lou" Brown. In that capacity he has earned the respect and regard of the officers and members of Alpha Pi as a tireless worker and consummate "Brother in the Bond" of Kappa Alpha Psi. Additionally, the "Brown-Gaffney" advisory team has become renown for their successful tandem approach in advising the undergraduate chapter under their supervision. Brother Gaffney's service to the province has also included five years as Province Nominating Committee Chairman. His performance of his duties has been impeccable and worthy of high praise. He has been eminently fair and consistent in what some consider to be one of the most challenging chairmanships in our province. |
![]() | Brother Donald Coleman Bland of the Fayetteville Alumni Chapter was selected as the EIGHTEENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 86th Middle Western Province Council on April 18, 2008. Brother Bland was initiated through the Beta Nu Chapter at Harris State Teachers College on April 29, 1961. At Beta Nu, he served as Keeper of Records and as a member of the Board of Directors. Upon graduation he joined the St. Louis Alumni Chapter where he served as Undergraduate Chapter Advisor and Assistant Keeper of Records. Brother Bland's many business relocations sent him to the Chicago area where he became a charter member of the Maywood-Wheaton Alumni Chapter in 1977. At that chapter's 30 year anniversary, Brother Bland was the keynote speaker. During another relocation that took him to Wichita in 1991, Brother Bland joined the Wichita Alumni Chapter and was elected Polemarch for the 1991-1992 year. In 1993 Brother Bland moved to Bentonville, Arkansas. In 1996, he and 13 other Kappa Men chartered the Fayetteville Alumni Chapter. His employment with Wal-Mart took him to Canada and Argentina, but he remained financially active with the Fayetteville Alumni Chapter. Brother Bland is currently the Middle Western Province Achievement Commission Chairman and represents the province on the National Achievement Commission which selects the highest awards in our Fraternity. Brother Bland has been a Life Member of the fraternity since 1992 (#11042) and a Province Life Member of the Middle Western Province (#43). He is a business, fraternal, community and family leader who is dedicated to Kappa Alpha Psi. He has truly been an inspirational leader in the Fayetteville Alumni Chapter and the Middle Western Province. |
![]() | Brother Odell Vernis Gunter, Sr. of the Lawton-Ft. Sill Alumni Chapter was selected as the NINETEENTH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 86th Middle Western Province Council on April 18, 2008. Brother Gunter was initiated through the Lawton-Ft. Sill Alumni Chapter on August 23, 1970. He is an exemplary member who has achieved in his several fields of human endeavor and has been the constant that has helped maintain and sustain the Lawton-Ft. Sill Alumni Chapter. The chapter has depended on his wisdom and guidance for many years. Brother Gunter has served as Keeper of Records of the Lawton-Ft. Sill Alumni Chapter for 20 years and his contribution to the Middle Western Province has been as chairman of the Province Credentials Committee for seven years. As one of the senior statesmen in the Lawton-Ft. Sill Alumni Chapter's leadership positions, he always volunteers his services and his transportation to make sure that the chapter is represented at all required functions. Brother Gunter has represented the fraternity well and continues to fulfill the legacy of Kappa Langston men from this area including the legendary "Prof" H. C. King, William Lee, Jessie Stewart, and Andrew "Stump" Hill. Brother Gunter stands among the great men of Kappa who never sought the limelight or recognition but continue to achieve through that "Good Ol' Kappa Spirit." Among his many accolades, he received the Lawton-Ft. Sill Alumni Chapter Polemarch's Award in 1990, the William M. Lee Award of Excellence in 1997 and he served as Polemarch of the Lawton-Ft. Sill Alumni Chapter in 1979 and 1980. Brother Gunter has been a Life Member of the fraternity since 1975 (#1798). |
![]() | Brother Thomas Sterling Wetzel of the Oklahoma City Alumni Chapter was selected as the TWENTIETH recipient of the Charles W. Morgan, III Lifetime Achievement Award. He received the award at the 86th Middle Western Province Council on April 18, 2008. Brother Wetzel was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi at the Alpha Rho Chapter in Chicago, Illinois on July 6, 1963. His Kappa experience has led him to affiliations with the Chicago Alumni Chapter (1969-1977), the Lawton-Fort Sill Alumni Chapter (1967-1969) and the Oklahoma City Alumni Chapter (2002-present). He has been a Life Member of the fraternity since 1975 (#1629). Brother Wetzel was instrumental in the reactivation of the Oklahoma State University Chapter, the Zeta Theta of Kappa Alpha Psi. He served as both Faculty Advisor and Chapter Advisor for five years, from 2002-2007. He is also very active with the Oklahoma City Alumni Chapter where he has served as Chapter Strategus for several years and has been awarded that chapter's Annual Founder's Award. His service to the Middle Western Province has included chairmanship of the C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference Committee where he has excelled as the member who is singularly responsible for preparing those conferences with the approval of the Province Polemarch.
